Does the job
Superb, straight forward replacement for my asd80r, with it only being two spring as opposed to three, the reverb length is slightly shorter but not a deal breaker

Reasonable quality for the price.
Seems like a good quality reverb tank except the RCA colours are the wrong way round. If you buy one just remember to swap around your RCA cables.

Check your Reverb Tank's seven digit number before ordering
I have found out reverb tanks have an I/D stamped on them or they are labled,It's in the way of a seven digit number which identifies which type of reverb tank it is.E.G. = 8FB3C1B.Each digit means something ,the code was devised by ‘Hammond organs Ltd’.

A decent low-fi send-return effect
Works as a send return effect for a mixer if you route back in through a drive or compressor pedal. Can sound pretty cool and looks ace.

Doesn't do a bad job.
Somehow this just doesn't do it for me. I think it's because it only has two springs, not that it does a bad job but I find it lacks the interesting swirl or complexity that the 8EB2C1B three spring versions have..I guess I really can't complain for the price. Well enough made.

NOT ACCUTRONICS
I purchased this from this same seller via EBAY. I have owned many genuine ACCUTRONICS tanks.It is not a genuine ACCUTRONICS tank and bears little resemblance mechanically to the genuine article.Also no logo stamped into chassis and lack of any sticker or model number.This is approx a third more expensive than a non brand tank,which is essentially what this is.

Works well as mod
I used this to replace a broken reverb on Peavy Blazer. I followed a YouTube video to modify it properly to connect to the amp, and it works nicely. It's very good for the price. This may be an issue with the Peavy, but the reverb only seems to work between 6 and 10 on the dial. The sound is full and pleasant, with a traditional spring reverb sound, and the decay can go pretty long, with the mix creating some big atmospheric tones.
