Very pretty
This thread is basic size 10 crochet cotton with a silver thread wrapped around it. I have tried to take pictures and the silver just doesn't show up very well. It is very pretty though. I was going to use it for Christmas tree snowflakes but I decided to go with the metallic pearl instead. One thing of note that would likely be a little annoying on a large project - the silver thread causes the yarn to get twisted as you use it. When working on snowflakes I periodically just hold up the ball of yarn and let the snowflake spin until all the kinks are worked out. This wouldn't work so well if you were making an article of clothing or something like that.

I was surprised by how little yarn was in this, but it sure is pretty! Bought a bit to crochet some snowflakes for family. Will make a great accent to some pure white snowflakes!
