To keep your board in the best condition please be mindful of the following advice, wash regularly in warm soapy water, please do not soak in water, please do not clean in a dishwasher and occasionally apply a food grade mineral oil to the surface of the board.

Versatile
I love this board, I have the small one too. I use the large one for carving a chicken or a roast, and also for laying out a cheeseboard; or some salad and cold meats as a sharing platter. Lovely quality and really beautiful.

Such a great product to own
So i was looking for a chopping board for my new kitchen but wanted something that was just the right size due to the fact we have a very small kitchen, I did not want plastic designer multi coloured boards with a fancy name nor did i want a glass one as they make the knives blunt.So i did a bit of digging watch a few youtube videos and found that wooden boards are one of the best, Bamboo came up a few times then when i heard about teak boards i looked into this a bit more.While i can understand that some may say "its just a chopping board" you'd be wrong teak is a very natural wood and its a choice that is best suited for the home it washes very easily and drys very quickly,The size is perfect just right and the weight is also spot on.This..if looked after will last a few years its solid and fits into any size kitchen so before you go a spend your money on a designer chopping board-boards just take 5mins to do a bit of research and also check out the verification of reviews on amazon as i am a someone who really has purchased this item out of my own money and have not been asked for views by the makers it truly is a joy to use.
