Xerox Phaser 8560/8560 MFP Cyan Solid Ink (3,400 Pages) - 108R00723

I ordered this 4 color pack of Xerox 8560 solid ink (sold by Pilot Princess and fulfilled by Amazon), but only received one box of 3 yellow sticks. There was a label on that box that had been affixed over the Xerox printed barcode that stated it was the 4 color set. I paid for 15 total sticks and received only 3. I have had to email and call Amazon, and now have been told that I have to return the yellow ones in order to get a credit, and then have to re-order. i pointed out that this error could happen again since the product is mis-labeled. Obviously I don't want to order the same item from this vendor because there is something wrong with the way it is packaged for shipment. This is an expensive item, and I'm not happy about having to start over again and being without my $317 and without the ink for 2 weeks.UPDATE: Amazon says it's the seller's responsibility to send things to them in proper order for shipping. Pilot Princess says she's had issues with this before, and Amazon has been making the error. Either way, something isn't right and now I'm searching for a new supplier for these expensive inks.

I had made the mistake of purchasing an off-brand version of inks that was supposedly for the Xerox 8560 printer. Needless to say, it did not work. The printer did not recognize the presence of the ink and said that it was still out of ink (the off-brand inks are not the same shape as the Xerox brand inks). After carefully extracting the off-brand ink from the printer and putting in the Xerox brand, I was back in business.I know the Xerox inks cost more, but they actually work. The company I purchased the off-brand inks from wouldn't take the return either, so learn from my mistake and just buy the Xerox brand. That way you won't pay twice.

Shortly after posting this comment, I purchased the Cyan ink sticks directly from Xerox to the tune of $129 only to find the packaging AND the ink were the same."The box said Xerox, the label inside said Xerox, maybe its Xerox but this is the wrong color "Cyan." This is a DARK GREEN not-much-blue. So all my printed labels are off. Purple is grey.Lavender is brown-beige.Expensive lesson learned."

Not only did I wait for 10 days to receive my items, they are selling KNOCK OFF INK and claiming it is ORIGINAL!!! Just received my Xerox Phaser ink. They claim it is in a "sealed box" and is original. The cheesy box it came in was a cardboard box with clear tape and DOES NOT SAY XEROX. Then, I tried to use it, and the ink pieces DO NOT FIT in the printer, which is OBVIOUS THIS IS NOT XEROX INK!!! I now have a piece of ink STUCK in my Xerox Phaser printer because I tried to make it fit!!! I am FURIOUS!!!

This product is reliable and works great and box says genuine xerox toner.

I am not sure where the mix-up occurred; but this product does not fit my copier.

I have had this printer for years and it's nice to finally be able to get the ink from Amazon at better prices than I used to have to pay. The print quality is excellent but I do wish these were still not so expensive.
