Terrible tool. Shocking condition.
Just received this and asked for a refund immediately.This chisel was delivered with a blade so rough I cannot believe it is new. The flat of the blade is covered in scratches. The blade itself looks like someone has been using it on concrete. There is a chip off one corner. I have had Rolson stuff before and never had a problem. Avoid.
