Excellent flavour
I used this to make a coconut cake. It has a really nice flavour. It only needed 1/4 teaspoon essence in the cake compared to the usual 1 teaspoon specified in the recipe so it goes a long way. I was happy with the delivery time to NZ. I am looking forward to trying the other flavours.
