Eley hoses are the best I have found for my usage
Eley hoses are the best I have found for my usage. I currently have 3 of them and intend to replace my old inexpensive hoses with more of these as the old hoses wear out. These hoses lay out in the hot summer sun of the Southwest showing no signs of deterioration. They do not kink. The only downside is their weight which is to be expected and I find to be of no issue. I feel that they are worth the high price tag and will buy them again.

High quality feeder hose
This is a rugged hose with solid connectors, and I hope it's the last feeder hose for my hose reel that I will ever buy. I grew tired of buying a new feeder hose every year because they tended to leak at the joint of the cheaply made, two-part male connector. This one has a solid, one-part male connector and will not have that problem. The hose is fairly expensive, but will have paid itself off after 2-3 years and will save me the hassle of purchasing new hoses every year. I am planning on buying another one for my second hose reel.

You cannot beat any of Eley’s products. Well worth the little extra you pay over the junk hoses at the big box stores. Have been using Eley hoses and hose reels for years and never any issues with any of them. Quality products and quality customer service. Highly recommended. Thank you !!

Excellent
I like everything about this hose.The color works great wtih my house and almost disappears from a distance.Also, this hose is a foot or two longer than the one I was using previously and I love having those extra inches to move the hose reel.The hose seems to be very, very high quality and seals tight with the hose reel and with the spigot.Couldn't be happier. Does exactly what I need it to do.

Short connector hose with good quality fittings
Connects faucet to my hose holding faucet enabled garden implement. Nice quality, does the job and lives unobtrusively in my Star Jasmine without a fuss. Who could ask for more?

Not great
This hose does not have brass couplings. The couplings on the hose received are not the same as in the picture. The coupling near the hose winder does not fit a standard good quality hose winder, and leaks. The coupling near the faucet (in hose received) is multi angled. Angels are very sharp and pointy making it hard to adjust without metal tools. If you want a leader hose, look at Apex 887-6.

Short hose, good hose.
nice quality hose. Just wish it wasn't so expensive for such a short piece. but seems well made... we'll see how it holds up!
