Helping me learn Japanese better through this story and ill continue to use it and understand the context of the story i am going in blind, yet i have read other works of Dazai and they are very provocative and great in a simple few words and help me learn the Japanese language, culture and their mostly neglected literature and customs in foreign countries.This book arrived in great condition and arrived shipped great! and looks wonderful on the paperback (the kanji is quite readable from the looks of things) - on the first few pages one must be delicate as this is a paperback.

In Japanese! It is mentioned once near the bottom of the description: Language - Japanese. The book’s in JAPANESE. Which is fine. I just think we should celebrate that and make it very explicit and maybe closer to the top of the review that this book, which has an English cover, contains a story written in Japanese.
