SanHoo Universal stands behind their service. In my haste to order, I failed to read the description clearly. While it would have been perfect for a different application, I had to return it. SanHoo was fast to respond and made it very easy to work with them. I give the based rating on the relationship that was established by them - and we all know that we purchase based on good relationships - especially when using the Internet.I almost never give 5 stars, because that means they are perfect and do not need to improve. So this review has to suffer my philosophy too.

I absolutely love my SanHoo Universal Cable Organizer! I ordered this in order to keep my mess of cords/cables/plugs under control, particularly while traveling, and this definitely does the job! I have a lot of different devices that have cords and plugs that always get shoved into a bag when I travel or to the bottom of my purse when I'm not. I ordered this before a trip in hopes to alleviate the mess, and it definitely did the trick! It has 9 slots for cords (with elastic to hold the cord down in the middle, see pics). Three of these slots are a bit bigger and the other six have one elastic with a mesh net at the other end. These work great for things like small plugs or chargers. A huge drawback of this is that the little net part at the end isn't big enough for things like the Apple brick or other such larger plugs or attachments. I would really love that to be improved upon as certain charger ports or bricks could use with protection. Nevertheless, the case works great. It also has a small portion that's zippered off. I use this to store apple bricks, a screen wipe, and other things that don't fit in the smaller slots.On a plus side, this case is fantastic for people like me that tend to lose cords, mix them up, or are forever searching for their chargers. I really do love this thing! The biggest things I would like to see changed with it are threefold: 1. As stated above, I would really love for the middle elastic holding area and end net area to be bigger. I love having long cords that give you more distance from a plug, so a lot of my larger cords had to be shoved in, as well as ports, etc, that aren't able to be fit in the pockets. 2. There isn't any kind of enforcement on the backs of the case. I like to feel like something is sturdy and protecting, but this absolutely is a positive for others. Just be aware that it's definitely soft backed. 3. I would prefer for this to be a little deeper. It's very convenient to use, but I feel like it would be great if there were more space so I don't feel like I'm constantly straining the zipper when I zip in all my cords. Again, this is something that others may not like as it would add to the size of it, but as for me, Id love to see it be a little deeper. Lastly, I would totally love a different color on the inside. The green is nice, but I just love red!! All of these don't, however, effect how much I love this!I can't tell you how many friends and family have commented on it and how neat it is. It is so convenient and also very easy to use. You just unzip it and place your cords on the inside. It really is awesome for someone of any age that has lots of different plugs, cords, etc to keep organized, especially if you're like me and you always need help organizing! This really is a great value for such a useful product!

Bought this product back in May. The green liner is already separating from the black exterior near the top. I have used it a few times since purchased. Not very pleased with the quality of the item. Went to try and replace the item and the return window has closed. So now I am stuck with this fraying piece of junk, that will soon fall apart. Otherwise holds all my cables, works good as designed. Just will not last, recommend you don't buy. Choose another brand.

This is great! A bit small, but I needed small to complement my other larger travel organizer. I just have too many USB cables.This fits them and a pair of bluetooth earbuds perfectly. The fabric is strong, and it seems like it'll last a long time.Even when totally stuffed, it fits in to my backpack with no trouble. It hardly takes up any space at all.

I read the reviews and had high expectations. The case is useful but the slots are very narrow for cords and slightly too wide for usb flash drives. I have to jam the cords under the elastic and the drives fly out when I open it. There is no support to the case, which is nice for folding and wiggling the case into my travel cases, but when I open it, it flops.It does the job but I have to fuss with it. I wish there were different widths along the elastic and mash slots, and a little stiffness to the case.

I was going to either buy this or the grid it but I decided to go with the SanHoo cable organizer because it zips up and keeps all your cables secure in one place. I use this for everything I may need throughout the day and it fits perfect in a very minimal backpack so it doesn't take up a lot of space. It is so light weight even when packing the organizer up and it makes it easy to carry around. I like that there is a place for all your important accessories such as your external hard drive, SSD cards, memory cards, adapters, power bricks, cables, and even a little place for all your sd cards. The elastic bands hold everything tightly secure so even tossing this across the room wont allow anything to fall out or out of place. I prefer this organizer over a opened one because I know everything is going to be right where I left them when I need to use them.

The USB case was ok but it started to rip on the outside were the stitches are and is almost unusable. When it wasn't coming apart it was a great case. Wish it held up better in my book bag. :(

This purchase is replacing a different cord and cable container that simply wore out. It seems to hold a lot of cords and cables but it seems just a bit small. Their larger product is bigger than I need so maybe a size in between would work the best, at least for me.
