Will apple provide repairs for free?

Given the iPhone 14 is still a new model I think you’ll find many will still be under warranty with Apple. Mine is until the end of December I think

Does it have where to insert sim or is it E sim ?

All iPhone 14 models are now equipped with eSim so the typical sim card slot that you are referring to no longer comes with the iPhone 14's. Please keep in mind however that the eSim will be for iPhone 14 models purchased in the United States that don't have a physical SIM tray and support only eSIM. iPhones purchased outside the United States will carry the Sim Card slot tray.
