Lovely miso for adding taste to stews, soups and ...
Lovely miso for adding taste to stews, soups and even as a spread. Packaging means you can use every last bit and then recycle the plastic bag.

This miso is pasteurised
Adds flavour, a spoonful in hot water, with a grating of fresh ginger, makes a warming drink. But does not contain 'good bacteria' because it is not unpasteurised.

Really lovely miso
Since developing an intolerance to short chain carbs, we’ve discovered a love of Japanese food. We love most a noodle soup made with this, teriyaki, and ginger with left over meat from the Sunday roast, some grated veg like carrots, mushrooms and udon noodles. Of course, you can also just bung a spoonful in a mug and top it up with boiling water for something hot, quick and savoury for a working lunch. This is some of the nicest miso we've found. Really rich and full of umami.
