Misfit Phase

Unfortunately this was the second identical watch I purchased in a matter of 6 weeks. The original one purchased directly from Misfit lasted 6 weeks before the glass cracked. As they took so long to get back to me I assumed that the glass wasnt covered under warranty. Within 5 weeks the glass on this watch cracked whilst swimming rendering the watch defunct. Eventually after endless chasing with Misfit on the original watch they offered to replace it with another one. Sadly this lasted two weeks before the glass cracked! I am now in the process of obtaining a full refund from Misfit for the original watch and this one purchased is sitting in its box broken and unuseable. The moral of this tale is DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Watch face cracked on its own. Owned for 8 months.

Lasted under a month - the glass cracked for no apparent reason. Reordered it and the same thing happened again. Not sure whether they are fake as ordered one directly from MisFit and had no problems. Maybe the price of £42 should have given it away.

Aus unerklärlichen Gründen ist das Glas gesprungen !! Ich bin echt sauer so ein teures Produkt!! Und das Glas erhält keine Garantie!! Das ist ein definitiver Material Fehler !!!!!

Cette montre n'est pas adaptée à tous poignets. Pour les femmes et ceux qui ont un petit poignet, il faudra s'abstenir.Le système de notifications n'est pas pratique. Si vous sélectionnez des contacts, vous ne recevrez que leurs notifications. La distinction entre un SMS et un appel est mal conçue car un petit disque de couleur apparaît en bas. Il n'est pratiquement pas lisible.La synchronisation est très longue.Est-ce que je recommande ou pas. Pour ma part, non car je l'ai retourné.
