I have several of these cables for my family’s Apple devices, out of the 7 I have only one has stopped being recognised by both my iPad and iPhone.That said they are tougher than the OEM cables and also look better, we all have different colours which saves argument of who’s cable belongs to who.

So far so good - Seems to be reasonably robust as a cable...UPDATE after 5 months of use: The connection at the phone end has now developed a loose contact/broken connection... so charges on... then off... etc... see pic. Had to resort to temporary repair... :((
