Rimmel Exaggerate Eye Definer 221 Ocean

Very pleased with the eye pencil, easy to apply and the colour looks great.Arrived in time would order again.

Goes on hard, comes off quickly. Good build but pencil is not up to standards. I would be unhappy if I bought it full shop price.

I bought this after seeing Bourjois' butterfly effect make up and falling in love. Paired with the bourjois kohl and contour in violet irise and eyeshadows of the same colour I can honestly say this is lovely colour, it is not as harsh as black especially if you are fair like me. I have been blessed with turquoise eyes and find it difficult getting eye colours to suit me and I was getting bored of black. I also have this eyeliner in aqua sparkle and mixed together with white and aqua at the tear duct blending into this, looks absolutely stunning!! It is slightly iridescent and creamy which I am loving at the moment!!It came just a day after ordering so thank you HeadProm!! It was well packed and overall a lovely product :)
