Great silicone
Great price point and silicone, cured within 24 hours in 65 degree weather. No bubbles in any of the 12 molds I made. I wish it came in clear so I didn't have to buy multiple brands.

Not compatible with 3D printed Resins
Well, to be honest, I’m a little disappointed and frustrated because I had to go through several failures and a lot of testing with this particular silicone before giving up on it completely. Basically, if you’re looking to make silicone molds of your 3-D printed resin parts, don’t buy this product. It is definitely not compatible with at least two of the elegoo 3-D printed resin Formulas. I went as far as sealing the prints in rust oleum clearcoat with three coats, waiting 24 hours for to cure and then washing off any residue with soap and water than drying before pouring the silicone mold, and it still failed so I would call this resin very highly reactive with other materials and I won’t use it ever again, so all in all this was a very negative experience for me however, if you’re just pouring bolts of very unreactive things then I think this resident is fine as you can see from the photos it did cure but anywhere it was making contact with the surface of the 3-D resin prints. It failed to make a perfect copy and was left with a gooey uncured surface, which was very disappointing so that is why I had to give it a low rating. Update, after much research I’ve discovered that it’s a lot more difficult to find a platinum based silicone that works with resin 3D prints. Check out siraya tech defiant, that’s what I’m going to do.

Not what I expected
I mixed this product by weight on my scale. Once I poured it, I let it cure for 2days I was out of town. It had bubbles which turned into holes and it started to leak. Gave it 3more days to "cure" the inside was still wet. I'm back to square 1.

This mold making kit works well, just be aware of room temp.
Nicpro Silicone Mold Making Kit 30A, 5lbs (80 oz)This material offers great detail capture, and ease of mixing and pouring. 30A on the hardness/flexibility scale, is the hardest material I have worked with. It's in the middle (lower middle) range, with makes me wonder what the higher numbers represent, functionally. I am a real novice with respect to molding materials and I only use them because I come to a point where I need to make reproductions of jewelry items, faux sea glass, marbles, gems and stones, and jewelry items. Now I am sculpting with various clays and the subjects can be anything from Lions and Wolves, to frogs and beetles. The important thing is that Nicpro is truthful in their report that the product is easy to mix, and is not too problematic with respect to bubbles. I do recommend pre painting the product onto the highly detailed items as I did notice a lot of tiny bubble marks in the shell molds. This product does well in warmer temperature, 79-80, and has a working time that does not encourage rushing. I had plenty of time to mix and pour. The product started to process and cure in 20 to 40 minutes, depending on temperature of the room. 76 is ideal but I like warmth. For newbies, be aware that although the product doesn't need degassing, the form can still have voids if you don't plan ahead with vents etc. Also, you can break your item if you try to force it out, so again, you need to plan for more complex 3 dimensional objects. This is not a product flaw, this is a user knowledge deficit issue on my end. This product is hard, so for less experienced folks like me, you need to plan your mold because it's not as flexible as the material I've been using. I do like this much better, but you most likely will need to plan cuts in order to safely remove your sculpture. This product is great for various types of objects, just be aware of the hardness. I should have mixed a sample first, which I now know is common practice every time you open a new product. Don't pour a whole project before testing, even if you have worked with the exact system before. You are testing for functionality and that includes your atmosphere. The product cuts well and functions with rubber bands very well. The material is resilient and very strong, and I prefer this product over the more flexible forms.I have since ordered a larger quantity, and that performed well also, and as expected. I am happy with the economical Nicpro brand of art supplies. I am happy with all the items I have tried so far from this brand.I recommend this silicone rubber, mold making product. One thing I do notice now, is that the blue is very dark, add this to the mixing container first. It mixes so fast that it is hard to use the color difference in the two parts to aid in mixing, it's more of a constant reminder of the two types and to keep those straight. The blue material is difficult to see through, you will not see your object well inside it, so plan your cuts or demolding in advance with markings. Most will be very familiar with all of that, but again for my newbie mold makers, this will save you money and wasted time and product, by planning in advance. There are plenty of good youtube videos that can be watched ahead of time and I recommend a couple days of learning if you are new to this craft.Although I do measure by weight and use 1:1, the containers have even remaining product fill lines, after a few small projects.Very nice product. I am looking forward to figuring out better ways to use this product. I am happy with the order.5 stars

Follow the instructions!
One of the most valuable lessons I have learned over the yeas of working with resins and similar crafts, ALWAYS read and follow the instructions for the particular brand you purchase!I tried this silicone mold making kit and feel that it lives up to its description. The molds I made are on the smaller side and not extremely intricut so I'm not sure how well it would work for really intricut items but for the dnd dice that I made it worked well. I also made some miniature frog molds and they too worked out well. But both if the items I made have smooth surfaces and no strong details.I am satisfied with how it worked and will likely use it more in the future.

Works but way to expensive
Works fineBut it wears down real fast i can only re-use it 4 to 5 times before the mold is not usableDue to that i have to buy more and for the price it’s not worth it
