I'm only giving this camera a 4 star rating due to is only just receiving it! I would normally wait a while to review something...but this is our 3rd camera we've purchased in the hopes of giving us confidence that we'll know if our baby is safe in the room on her own. The previous two had no audio, which for us...renders a camera useless as a monitor, without audio, we weren't alerted to our baby crying in the night.But this one not only has excellent video quality, but we have sound also!! Up-to now, the clarity is quite good, albeit a little on the quiet side. But...so long as we can hear if our baby wakes crying in the night, we'll be happy!!The previous two cameras that have now been returned, were cheaper than this. So it obviously matters how much you spend! Worth it to feel your little one is safe in my opinion :)

Won't pair with my iPhone why?

This arrived promptly and was very easy to set up.It is perfect for our requirements. (Monitoring our Epileptic daughter - suffers nocturnal seizures)Very clear imageWorks well when logging in from restaurants and work.Motion sensor is really good and can be adjusted to your requirements- high or low motions.(The alarm is ‘alarming’ would definitely deter intruders!!)The two way sound could be better but on the whole we are extremely happy.

the connection didnt work on my phone but on my husband phone. also the quality was not that great

Bought it as a gift, I 've heard only good things from the people who received it.

This is the second time I write and I do not know how to claim, buy the cam and it is in warranty, I stop working and I do not know how to solve the problem

Really disappointed as this should of been perfect for my requirements but I cannot set up as it's saying not compatible with my WiFi speeds 😔
