## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you see what you're photographing in bright sunlight**
A: Unless it's got a viewfinder you will be shooting blind on sunny days which is why I won't purchase a compact camera without one. It's not clear that this camera has one!

**Q: Does this camera take micro SD cards?**
A: normal sd,  but yes= micro +sd adaptor will work

**Q: Is this an autofocus camera?**
A: Yes  - good in good light sunlight but slow in overcast conditions. In dark areas (eg roof spaces / cellars - I am a surveyor) the infrared autofocus does not always work to well. But over all a good little camera for it's price.

**Q: can you confirm this includes the charger and PC connector please?**
A: It does come with a battery charger and cable. No USB cable is included but you can attach an older style "USB 2.0 A to Mini USB B" cable to connect to a PC. My Windows 10 PC automatically detected the camera as a Canon IXUS 185 and you can browse the contents as you would do with any attached USB drive. This is a really great camera to carry around with me.It takes photos in an easy and accessible way.It has a high res photo setting.Has Macro and automatic and manual and all the usual settings including a decent zoomI have had zero problems with it and am very happy.This is the cheapest in the Ixus range and I have also one that is of higher spec but it has become faulty after many years of use. I am happy now with this new one.

Camera itself is as described and seems to work perfectly fine, so no complaints there. However, the battery charger they provided was a third-party charger that didn’t actually fit the battery of this camera. I had to purchase another charger last minute for my holiday which was a bit of a hassle; just be aware of this when buying!

Very pleased with my Canon IXUS 185. The camera arrived exactly as described and in great condition. I’ve been using it for capturing everyday moments (socials, garden and home etc), and I love the nostalgic compact-camera look it gives.
