Glad I got this one!
At first I was looking at their folding gimbal, but I decided to go with the extendable selfie stick version instead. The Vimble S2 is really fantastic. App is very user friendly, too. Very easy to access settings and take a quality picture. The Features:Button configuration. In conjunction with the app, the buttons work flawlessly. Much better than a different gimbal I picked up from another company a while back. This one just WORKS. Buttons are also in an easy-to-use location and can all be operated with the thumb (except the trigger, obviously).Modes. Switching modes is really easy using the buttons. Tracking works much better than I was hoping for, too. Being able to reset on the fly is exceptionally useful.Extension. The fact that this can stretch out as a selfie stick is what makes this a must-buy. You can get some great shots with your phone just that much farther away, and you don't have to stretch your arm out to do it. THIS is why I went with the Vimble.Tripod. It's nice to have, but I don't see myself using this too often. I have other tripods I may consider mounting this on, though. I think this might be better suited for a microphone, maybe. I have tested it out, and everything stayed stable with the gimbal tracking me and moving.Construction. This is very sturdy. The extension pole is made of metal and holds in place very well. I'm not worried about dropping this and breaking it.Battery. I've only used it a few hours making some holiday videos with the family. Motor is still trucking right along. Took about an hour for this to charge completely right out of the box.Overall, I'm a lot more impressed with this than the one I have been using. Probably gonna give that one to my son. Haha

An interesting take on a phone gimbal, well done
This works pretty well as a phone gimbal. The app actually worked pretty well compared to other gimbal apps. Object tracking kept crashing the app, but that hadn't worked for other gimbals I've been using either. The included tripod stand, charging wires, and foam case was a nice touch. All in all the gimbal works and is a good option. Battery life was shorter than I hoped. I got this because of the extendable head. On that point I too was disappointed. It doesn't really extend that the far. The pictures are deceiving in that regard. I was also disappointed to see that it couldn't handle a light weight phone or action camera with an adapter - it would jitter. On the flip side, it handles large phones nicely. The gimbal has plenty of power.

Works with Android Samsung A53
After reading all the reviews and most of the gimbal I see are for IPhone. Thought I still give it a try, on the Feiyutech website it shows that it works with Android and IPhone. One person on the reviews mentioned thar I doesn't work and does all kinds of stuff. Mine works fine, just take your time, balance your phone properly, read the instructions carefully and this will work.

Self-Promoting Gimbal
I had high hopes for this product. Purchased with the intent of taking pictures at better angles, which with a little bit of work this gimbal does to some degree. Bluetooth pairing with a Pixel 5 went smoothly and the hardware feels durable. The battery life isn't all that great; Middling would be the best way to describe it. I think the biggest gripe is that all your pictures get watermarked with the name of the gimbal and a timestamp. This is simply inexcusable and made me sell the gimbal right away. Completely regret my purchase and found another company to avoid.

A good smartphone gimbal
Be sure to check your smartphone's size and compatibility as this gimbal do struggle with bigger phones, both weight, and width.Otherwise, this gimbal works like a charm. You can use your phone's built-in camera app but to have all the features you would need to use their app. A little clunky but the features work pretty well.I like the 18cm extendable pole, it really helps getting interesting angles and gives you that extra reach. Good for selfie videos too. You also get a mini tripod attachment, so that's nice too.Another thing to note is that the gimbal is heavier on the top end, especially when you place your phone in and have it extended fully. A simply fix is to get a counterweight that can screw into the bottom.Overall, I love this gimbal, it's easy to use and the extendable pole gives you versatility in shots. Would definitely recommend.

Couldn't get it to work smoothly or correctly with Samsung a53 well below weight limit for gimble
Was super excited to get this. Did a ton of research looking for the features most important to me and this ticked more boxes than any others in this price range. My a53 is significantly lighter than the max weight they list, yet the gimble shuddered and jumped and periodically would spin like it was possessed. I ran the initialization process a couple of times. I was careful about balancing it perfectly as humanly possible and followed instructions on when to load camera via on and off settings.Super disappointed but am sending it back. Going to wait for the next set of gimbles in this price range to be released.Glad other people have had better experiences but for me it is simply useless. The phone number on the amazon page does not work, even the amazon rep could not reach them via the phone number.

Better Than The DJI6
I had an older version of the vimble but my newer phone was too heavy. Tried to go over to the DJI huge mistake. The DJI picked up on all my hand shaking. The vimble is a little heavier but the design is simpler and easy to use.

No selfie stick but great otherwise
So there’s no selfie stick option for this one unlike the picture (or I was sent the wrong thing) it conectes to my smartphone via their app easily and tracked my face and my models’ faces easily. It burns through phone battery and data but it made me look like a way better videographer than I actually am. I’m still kind of bummed about the no selfie stick.

Complicated to use
I found the device hard to use. I used the tutorials in the app, watched YouTube videos, and still couldn't use many features. Also, zooming is not smooth, more like the image is increasing or decreasing in hiccups. The device is too big for my hands too, which made a one hand operation difficult. Last, I missed having a remote for selfies. Overall, I believe it is a good product that offers a rich menu of features. Too bad it is not for me. Customer service is excellent.
