Great product. Used it only as a cooler, but it does just that. Like the gel pack which retains some flexibility even when frozen and offers thus good contact with the knee. It retains the cold for quite a long time - enough to bring down the swelling. Would highly recommend it.

Got this to use for soothing migraines, it is great as it stays in place and can be wrapped around the head but for me personally is a little tight so can't keep it on for too long.

After spraining my knee I thought I wouldn’t find relief from the pain whatever I tried, how wrong was I?, after just 3 days of using this gel pack the swelling had gone down to almost nothing but it was the pain relief it gave which was almost instantaneous it was fantastic thanks so much

A real shame. At first glance seemed well designed and made. However when I started to use it, an obvious design flaw was incurred.PROSFairly well madeCONSThe length of Velcro stitched into the strap, is too short. When this is rapped round your arm/leg the GEL part slips out.Also, it is damned difficult to put on when one of your arms has limited functionality. Again if a small strip of Velcro ran from the point the GEL PACK is inserted to the end of the wrap would resolve this. I have a friend who is a machinist, who is adding a strip of Velcro to overcome this poor design problem.

Works really well however if you have very big knees it may not be big enough.

Me pareció en la foto del producto, que tenía muy buen aspecto, y aparentaba ser muy buen producto, algo que pude corroborar al llegarme el pedido. La bolsa de gel, tiene un aspecto flexible, y muy resistente; (nada que ver con la mala calidad de la que anteriormente adquirí en la farmacia). Muy buen material, resistente y perfectamente acabado. Excelente longitud, para poder ser aplicado en la rodilla, muñeca, o tobillos, con el velcro, o bien la bolsa en plano, de ser necesario. UNA COMPRA MUY BUENA Y RELACIÓN CALIDAD PRECIO.

Pensavo la fascia di tessuto leggero, invece la struttura del tessuto è ben fatta, robusta e molto funzionale. Il pezzo refrigerante è di buona qualità, facilmente manipolazione per adattare al corpo da curare. E' un ottimo prodotto

Bien. La bolsa térmica es de buena calidad y parece duradera. Tamaño perfecto, cosa que me preocupaba pq soy un tío grande. La funda con el velcro podría estar mejor pensada, ya que yo lo uso en las rodillas y no se acaba de acoplar del todo a la forma de éstas. De ahí las 4 estrellas. En vez de una tira gorda podrían ser dos más finas con velcro a las puntas para una mayor adaptación. En general es un buen producto y no me arrepiento para nada. La calidad precio es lo más destacable.

Sencillo, practico y realmente util con una muy buena relacion calidad precio, Muy comodo y se ajusta perfectamente en la rodilla, me imagino que en otro lugar menos grueso será igualmente practico, lo recomiendo y espero que quien lo compre le sea tan util como me ha sido a mi
