Great Product
I make 30+ Christmas cakes and this is a fabulous product. It did not survive transit completely frozen but I I divided it up into 4 packs and refroze. Defrost to use. A completely natural product saved me loads of time in zesting fresh fruit for each cake. Would certainly buy again.
