Im having my so much fun with these. They feel so good. My inly grip is that you can only use it 2-3 times before it you have to charge it again. So if your going away, pack the charger.

This was a really good idea but it takes too long to cool. Returned it and bought some to put in the fridge.

Unsure how I feel about this device. I purchased it because of the novelty of the attached cryotherapy plate, and while it works, the cooling is short lived and a simple ice roller is going to be a better bet. Like others have mentioned, the sonic vibration is weak and barely perceptible though it nevertheless seems to be doing something as my skin does look a bit clearer and more refined after use. This is my first time using a silicone brush and am curious to know how this compares to a manual silicone cleansing brush.

I've used a number of different types of these face cleaning brushes over the years and never found one worth while overall or long term(they gave out to soon)Knowing conair I figured this couldn't be too bad and worth trying. Firstly It doesn't quite feel like much vibration wise when you are using the brush but a wet cloth still comes away clean and your skin has a fresh, soft feel sheet use. So definitely a yes on that front. The dry brush isn't too rough but did notice the vibrations more with it.It doesn't take much counter space which is a big plus in an apartment and even better is it can just be kept in the shower most of the time, take it out to charge overnight every couple months and done. It pops in and out but yes as the directions say, remember to clean the connectors beforehand. I don't know how long the battery lasts but it's suggested to charge after about 3 months, I'm nearing that point but haven't noticed any signs of needing to charge yet.

Nice concept but it doesn’t get cold enough. I tried placing it in the fridge while on to get them colder but it didn’t work. The second issue are the eye pads that pull-up your skin when removing. Puffy bags have think skin like wtf?! Just use an ice cube.

I use a lot of beauty tools and have tried many different things including the big name brand facial cleansing brush that no longer exists. This is a similar concept, this one claims to be 2x more effective than washing with your hands. It works by sonic vibration, which I never feel is doing as much as the old time face brushes where the head actually rotated. It is not a strong vibration, it's mild. The silicone bristles are supposed to be resistant to bacteria so you don't need to replace the head. I like things done quickly especially when I'm up late and just want my makeup off so I can get to bed so I usually use my hands. The thing that makes me use this brush is the surprisingly great feeling cold metal plate on the back of the head that they call cryotherapy. When I turned this feature on, I noticed the plate fogged up....interesting. When I put it on my skin...wow! It really did feel good and very cold. This is GREAT for puffy eyes where cold to reduce puffiness is always recommended. It's so convenient to have it right there in the bathroom so you don't have to go to the freezer and get one of those rollers or a spoon. Now THAT I will use! It also feels amazing all over your face and will help to seal open pores and just give you a refreshed, alive and awake feeling. This feature alone makes this brush worth it to me.

So this product comes with the cleansing brush, with a cold metal plate for soothing/reducing inflammation. I requested this due to the novelty of the cryo plate as I have a silicone scrubby face brush. This brush is no better than the one I got for like $30. Does a decent job for exfoliating a cleansing. The cooling plate feels fantastic on my sensitive skin though I can’t say that I see any real impact on my skin. It’s a fine product but I don’t think the value is there compared to the current list price.
