Really fire proof
Got for my adult kids to keep up with important documents. My daughter did the test to check if it really with stands fire and it passed

The Exception Here is in the Design...
There is one issue with this item. It's not the quality, that's great, nor the value, it's the design. The bag is exactly the right size, but the zippers have to fold over a bit, meaning anything 8x10 you put in has to be bent. Not such a big deal for some things, but one-of-a-kind items like Birth Certificates, etc. will make you cringe just a bit as you "Operation" their way into the safety of the container. Otherwise, it's great.

Thank goodness we haven't had to try this out because of no fires or flooding.But in mean time it is a nice storage case.
