Gentle, Natural Whitening and Strengthening in One
I’ve been using SPLAT Biocalcium Toothpaste for a few months now and I’m really pleased with how it’s performing. It’s gentle on sensitive teeth, has a natural feel, and leaves my mouth feeling clean without the harshness of typical whitening pastes.Pros:Great for Sensitivity: No stinging or discomfort—perfect if you have delicate gums or enamel issues.Natural Ingredients: I appreciate the calcium and it's fluoride free. It feels like a more conscious, chemical-light choice.Mild Whitening: Don’t expect dramatic whitening overnight, but it does gradually brighten and smooth the teeth.Low-Foam Formula: Some people might miss the lather, but I actually prefer the milder, less sudsy texture.Cons:Not Widely Available: Harder to find in local shops, and availability online varies.Overall: A great option if you're looking for a more natural toothpaste that supports enamel health and gentle whitening. I’ll definitely keep it in my rotation.

Detailed review: Sweets and sparkling water addict, helped with enamel and tiny cavity
Gave this 5/5 star review on another listing, then price increased to £7-£9 from origninal £2.40-£3.90 which I payed here with subscribe and save. Wish they sold a travel size version clear up some minor gum bleeding between two teeth, when spread on dental floss in 4days, in addition to clove water and salt water rinses. My cleaning routineThis combined with flossing > electric water pick flossing adding a lil therabreath> mouthwash or oil pull > Tongue scrape > Teeth & toothbrushing with toothpaste, has prevented sensitivity turning into a full blown toothache. My cavity looks smaller too. Sometimes I alternate with a higher h...p..tite toothpaste but I feel this works similarly.Tips to offset cavity causing food habitsI eat all my sweets, fizzy drinks (straw) in one sitting, swish and let water sit in mouth. Othertimes I have a xylitol mint/lolly/gum or rinse with mouth wash. Sticky starch processed foods like crisps, biscuits and bread are the worse culprits so at a bare minimum I use a toothpick to scrape it off my back teeth if out. At night I use kids oral probiotics because its cheaper.Mouth breathing & snoring are other cavity culprits.Keep correcting tongue posture during day. For blocked nose allergy related snoring supplements or herbs like nac, mullen leaf tea & quercetin help prevent congestion. Lastly getting vit D, k2 levels checked as it can impact teeth health. Collagen, cow gelatin and bone broth is helping too.Toothbrushes:My dentist recommends the sonar electric toothbrush, I use a dupe or manual. Pet (cat, dog) tooth brushed are like 7 for fiver on here, they helps get into crevices on wisdom teeth, inner teeth and braces I also keep a spare tube & manual toothbrushes by my bed just in case I'm too lazy to get up. No excuses. I try to wash toothbrush head with antiback soap or soak in household vinegar to remove limescale build up around bristles. My mouth tastes different in morning, rarely any morning or keto breath. And it feels fresher during day. Didn't proof read so you may have to make sense of any typos or nonsensical bits.

Contains Fish Oil & Eggshells
I should have checked the ingredients of SPLAT Biocalcium Toothpaste before purchasing. I assumed these toothpastes would be suitable for vegans, but the Biocalcium variety contains fish oil and eggshells. As this is a multi-listing, it would be very helpful if the description made it clear which of these toothpastes contain ingredients unsuitable for vegans or vegetarians and/or those who don't eat fish.
