Batistini Farms Estate 15 thick balsamic vinegar of Modena, Italy is extra aged at least 12 years in wood barrels. It is bottled at a low 6% acidity. The grapes for the must come from a selection of Italian vines: Fortana, Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Montuni, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta.
