To start it's basically just a super flimsy seatbelt, so it doesn't really "stand up" very well to block the gap. It is also about 6 inches too short for my standard sized couch. Tried it on the loveseat hoping it would at least work on that, nope, no matter how tight I pulled it would just lay flat along the front of the loveseat (the most important part that needed blocked). On the plus side it was fairly easy to repackage to be returned.

I tried this but returned since our couch is L-hape type. Too bad I like the concept.

Worked great to keep our dog from losing her toys under the couch! Might help to have a second person to help keep tension while you secure it, but it's doable by yourself (just a little tough depending on your couch leg structure)

From the product photo I thought it would go around my entire couch but it was about 3ft too short. Instead I had to just use the front two couch foots to wrap it around. Another problem is you can't get it tight enough so it does not flip in the middle. It works a little but not a perfect fix.

The strap did not fit all the way around my standard size couch so we did just the front legs. When you try to tighten the strap it slips loose again so it's not as taunt as it could be and balls and toys still slip under the couch. The strap also slips loose if you bump into it. Rated 1 star for the fit and because it's not keeping toys from under the couch.

Stuff still makes it through. Not what i expected. Wouldn’t buy again.

I bought 3 of this product due to the shape of my couch. I have a 3 piece sectional and while 3 of the straps work, I most likely need 4 due to them not being quite long enough. I had to connect 2 together to make it work. They work well otherwise but my dog is extremely smart and will push it down and push his toys specifically balls under the couch anyway. Another complaint is that the strap isn’t thicker. If it were thicker, my dog would have a harder time pushing it down. My final complaint is, they don’t stay high enough on my couch legs. It very well could be because of how the legs are shaped but I’m using the corner pieces that come with each strap and it barely helps.

No support for long sections, cheap plastic buckle that will break under the tension required to keep straps from twisting. I rolled a ball under the couch and the strap just gave way and the ball rolled over it. DO NOT BUY.
