Use a drip of dish soap to install, and they are so much more comfortable and gripping than than flimsy standard foam grips

I am an above-knee amputee so I use my crutches every morning and evening after removing my prosthetic. I've been using crutches for 35 years. Most grips are too soft and thus deteriorate more quickly than they should. These grips are quite firm and thus should last a very long time. There was only one review when I purchased them so I took a chance but they are just what I needed. They are not worth $9 because they are just some type of foam rubber, probably worth $2 at most, but I think that about a lot of items, but what do you do when you need something. That's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars.

These looked good and felt good in my hands. Haven't had them very long or used the crutches heavily, but I think they'll last for a long time and not disintegrate like my last set (that came with the crutches).
