I am super impressed with these. I used to have something like this as part of my butcher block but I lost them. Bought these as a replacement. They work really great. Super sharp and cut right through the whole chicken I tried them on.The peeler is nice too because it is three in one. Would recommend even for a gift because the packaging makes it look expensive
