Rugged Tool
This pruner cuts through branches like butter. Battery lasts a long time (I pruned 50 some branches for over an hour and battery hardly depleted). Makes easy work pruning plum trees, Rose of Sharon, crabapple trees. It easily handled 3/4”- 1” live branches.

STOPPED WORKING AFTER BEING USED 3 TIMES. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, NO TROUBLE SHOOTING IN MANUAL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CHINESE JUNK. AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.

Superb customer service!
When I received my pruners, they worked fine out of the box. It was too early to use them so I put them away. 1 month later , got the pruners out to use and unfortunately they didn't work. I contacted IMOUM support team and they responded immediately. They had me try a couple of attempts at fixing the problem but no luck. They then said they would send me a new pruners free of charge as they were still under their warranty. Upon checking however, they found that they were out of stock at this time. They then told me I could wait if I wanted to and they would send a new one when back in stock, or they would refund my purchase price in full. I needed the pruners now so I requested the refund. I writing this review to emphasize the excellent customer service I received from the IMOUM support team even though I was unable to use the product. I would not hesitate to work with this company again, nor should you if you appreciate GREAT customer service!!!

The Good and Bad of it.
Up front, this pruner is VERY good! So good, that we ordered a second along with the hand chainsaw so the two of us could stay busy doing similar work and be able to interchange and keep batteries fresh. On that note, the battery in the pruner lasts many hours and still shows a near full charge at days end. Excellent! Additional blades are also available shoud the product ever become discontinued. We intended to order additional item.HOWEVER... the second pruner failed after a couple weeks of use. After a back and forth with product support, they agreed to replace and ship to the address I requested. It's been 6 months now, and we're still waiting for them to "get them back in stock". That's fine, but we see the same pruners available for sale by this same seller. So, after more coordination, no replies. We assume they expect us to just give up. There you have it. Good Product, non-existant customer support should you need it. 5-star on the product, 1-star customer support. There are other pruners out there, near identical I'm sure. You're better off gambling with another brand that might actually support their customers.
