The pain relief is not the products fault because its an injury. However, it has been the best pillow I have had since i purchased it.

Very disappointed!
One of the main reason I bought this pillow was the extra pad insert they mention in the product description. As a side sleeper with big shoulders, I need extra height to ease shoulder pain. My pillow didn't come with extra pad, and when I contacted amazon.au trying to ask for it, they said my only option is to return the item. It's a shame because otherwise this pillow is good.
