10 Inch French Copper Whisk

I love that this copper whisk is made in the USA! It's a beautiful functional piece. I use this and the other balloon copper whisk offered by Copper Tango with my French made Mauviel copper bowl. It works beautifully, and I highly recommend the Copper Tango whisks.

and I had to try this for whipping egg whites. I did use it to combine ingredients for an angel food cake and it kept up the froth. It did a great job, seems well made, which is why I only gave it 4 stars. I will update when I whip egg whites.

It took awhile to make it to me, but really beautifully made and not too big. It has plenty of wires and it seems, with proper care (hand wash) that it will last for years! I've been wanting a copper whisk for a long time and this one looks like it will work perfectly.

Bought as a gift. Works as advertised. Recipient is very pleased!

It is a beautiful kitchen tool. Light in your hand but with enough heaft to do a perfect egg white. I only use for egg dishes but I am sure would be great for sauces as well

Thank you for the fantastic whisk. It really exceeds all my expectations. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars, is due to the packaging. It came in a envelope packaging and was slightly bent.
