Hubby and I had been wanting a little more life out of our 7 year old mattress so we decided to try this as we had been waking up with back aches here and there. The price was perfect and we love our bamboo sheets so we made the purchase. We are so happy we did!!! It is very plush and pretty thick... almost like sleeping on what I would imagine a firm cloud might feel like. It has very deep pockets so it fits our California King perfectly! We are on night 3 and I have been waking up very rested with no aches. Ours did not smell at all, we did put it in the dryer on air dry to fluff it up when we received it. Love that it is climate friendly as well. My only complaints are that we don't want to leave our bed and that we didn't buy it sooner! Would absolutely recommended!!!

This pad doesn't look as fluffy as the pictures when it comes out of the bag. However, the longer you leave it out, the more it puffs up, and if you leave it out long enough, it will look as puffy as the picture. Another nice feature is that it is built like a fitted sheet, and doesn't just lay on top of the mattress like other pads. The latter variety of pad tends to slide off the bed, but this one stays in place.

I have a extra firm old mattress with yellow stains from who knows what that I've been sleeping on for a decade. Its old but a really fancy mattress worth 1.5k so I didn't want to throw it away. I took it outside and smacked to dedust it and then cleaned with with hydrogen peroxide and baking powder, then I slapped this bad boy on along with a new comforter. It so warm and so soft. Its night and day compared to my previous set up.

I feel like this mattress pad is thicker than some of the other in the store. It made my son's twin sized bed so cozy and soft hat he wants to sleep in his bed again.I'm not sure about the cooling because I don't sleep on it.

We have tried others but this is the one to get. Mom finally wakes up without back pain. Thank you very much.

This is heaven compared to the one I removed. It is soft and comfy and fit well. Good purchase.

I bought this for my son so that he would sleep cooler, while protecting the mattress. He sleeps well, no complaints and it washes easily.

What I do like about this mattress cover is that, especially for the price, is very “pillowy”. I have bought more expensive that were not as good. Incredibly comfortable and cushy. Very good on that aspect, would buy again.The one star removed is that this is NOT cooling in the least, actually looking forward to this in winter for I feel it will keep me warmer! First time last night after a 100 degree day, and was much cooler on what I had before on the bed, in the same temp. Even when the air cooled for the night, the cover seemed to retain the heat.All that being said, it is still quality and worth the price, just don’t expect this to be a cooling experience.

The ad says the mattress pad is stuffed with 100% cotton filling, there is absolutely no cotton whatsoever in this item. The filling is 100% polyester. The whole thing is cheap polyester crap made in China. I have attached a photo of the tag as proof. Saying all that, it does feel soft and wasn't crazy expensive, so two stars.
