I've waged a lifelong war against uncomfortable shoes. You're still likely to find me barefoot or in flip-flops most of the time. But sometimes you just need something that looks good with a skirt in December, when flip-flops are a bit unseasonal even in coastal Texas. So I was excited to see these soft, flat shoes that look like ballet flats, but with a wide comfortable toe box.I had a previous pair of FitKicks of the standard "water shoes" shape, so I knew how comfortable they could be. Unfortunately, those developed a hole alongside my pinkie toe on one side, and they don't look good with a skirt.I typically wear a size 8 or 8.5 women's shoe, so I hesitated over whether to get the Medium or Large crossover FitKicks. I tried out Medium first, and unfortunately they were just a tad too small. I wore them several times (enough that I wasn't going to return them), but after a while my toes would feel pinched. The toes on these are reinforced, which I really appreciate... I'm hoping they won't develop holes... but that makes it all the more important to get a good fit.I solved the problem by regifting the Mediums to my mom (whose feet are a little smaller than mine) and getting myself a Large pair. As I suspected, they do fit me a little bit more loosely than I'd like, especially around the heel. But thankfully, I can wear them comfortably and they don't fall off my feet. I REALLY appreciate having something comfortable and enclosed to wear in "cold" weather (as much as we ever get around here). If you're hesitating between sizes, I recommend going larger.

These are great for a minimalist shoe lover. They stretchy and have a very thin sole. Cute leopard style is black on black. Stylish but understated.

I saw these shoes in non cross front version in my local grocery store! My boyfriend was immediately drawn to them and bought a pair. They are a lot like dance shoes. I would say they're a very very similar to jazz and ballet shoes. The nylon upper is breathable and flexible and the soles are great and sturdy. I think that the sizing is a little bit big. They seem to stretch with wear. I looked online and found them in the style that I chose and purchased them right away. They were fantastic for summer! Definitely cool in the water and on land. My main complaint is that the uppers are not tough enough. We wore them almost every day in different situations and both of us had snags within a very short time. My boyfriend bought a second pair that he is trying to keep nice. I want a second pair too but I'm worried that they will just snag like the ones I have. They still look good and feel fine but I'm bummed about the integrity of the nylon. I think that they are great for purposes of dance, floor exercises, stretching and the like. They fit comfortably with or without socks or tights If you plan to wear them every day as normal shoes they should be worn carefully. The soles are thin enough that you can feel things on the ground through them. Not in a way that would hurt you but definitely you can feel stones and sticks etc. I wear a size 9 and 1/2 women's and If I do buy another pair in the future I will get a size smaller. The only other complaint I have is that the insoles do not stay put. I think that with a bit of adhesive it would be fine. My boyfriends don't seem to have that problem, perhaps it is my feet. Please both put our shoes through the laundry but not the dryer. They seem fine.

As someone who prefers to be barefoot 100% of the time these shoes are an absolute must have. I have very wide flat feet and they fit perfect and are incredibly comfortable. They are not in great on gravel roads, I can feel the rocks under my feet, but as a lifelong barefoot person my feet are tough and I don't mind. I also live in western Washington where it rains a lot so they don't keep my feet dry, but they are easy to slip on and off and are quick to dry.

This is just what I was looking for! After getting barefoot walking shows I just couldn’t go back to regular thick-soled shoes at home, mainly because I tested my barefoot shoes in the house before deciding to keep them. I rarely wear shoes at home but this past winter was so cold that my tile floor would just add to my overall chill.Anyway, I went on a mission and really struggled, I bypassed these many times on my search.After a fail with a more expensive brand, I tried these and voilá! I found them! They have a wide toe box, provide enough sole that they don’t feel like socks, stay on well, and slip on easily.That said, I did almost return them upon first impression. The reason was that they have a stiff support area at the front where the toes go and it just bugged my big toe so much. My mom has always called me “delicate” because these things bother me, the seam in some socks top toe area do too. If this is you, don’t worry! They break in. I no longer feel them and I run around in them all day. Not kidding, I am very active up-and-down at home taking care of all the to-do’s. If you’re looking for barefoot home slippers, these are it!

Nice, light footwear. Gently hugs the feet. Crossover straps are not too tight for my high arches! More colors would be great! LOVE. ❤️

Love these! I have a bunion and these do not hurt my foot.. I wish they came in other neutral colours, would love a beige pair! I typically wear size 5 1/2 to 6 depending on the shoe. I bought the small and they are perfect!
