I bought it mainly for my leather jackets and I used it on one of them. It helped me removed the sweat stains on the armpits.I recommend this products.The only thing I didn't like was the rust in the interior of the product, which is not normal I guess and didn't interfere with efficacy of the soap.

I did SO MUCH research on saddle soap.....I was not convinced that saddle soap was necessary, after all I could just clean my shoes with a tad of water and dish soap. My leather shoes were looking really dry and scuffed so I went ahead and took a chance on this saddle soap. I did only ONE shoe just so I could compare the difference and I was happily surprised at how GOOD my shoes look....it is like the saddle soap has a bit of soap in it but also a leather conditioner that makes my shoes look healthy and not shiny but more like a healthy sheen like when my leather shoes were new. My review is that saddle soap is worth it instead of just using what you have in your kitchen like dishsoap.On a splurge I also bought the griffin brand mink oil. I used the mink oil on my shoes after I used the saddle soap - after letting my shoes dry from the saddle soap overnight. I LOVE the mink oil! Gave my shoes a sheen and made them more waterproof. I will reapply the mink oil maybe once a month. I so prefer this mink oil over a spray waterproofing as that aersol is smelly, smells like chemicals and the aersol is ozone depleting.I also like that both of these cans are small enough that they fit in my drawer and the lid stays on tight.

I used this to bring my grandfathers 20 year old leather jacket back to life. It shines like it did the day it was bought and it looks like new. The leather is still soft and almost water resistant. It didn't leave it sticky or greasy and also cleaned whole I buffed it on. Super easy to use.
