As the other review mentioned, these require a lot of cleaning to keep working well. It takes me 10 minutes to clean the whole thing so its only useful for very large projects. I have a few of these in our shop and they are cheap imported units that are packaged very poorly and come with no instructions. The handle caps pop off constantly and so we just threw them out. The foam rollers on some of the units are too large of a diameter to work correctly. The units that have the larger diameter foam still engage the glue roller in the hopper even when the trigger thing is disengaged.

It works easily and efficiently, so that part is good. However, glue seeped into the roller axle area after just two uses and locked up the roller, in spite of very thorough cleaning after each use (using ordinary Elmer's glue). It appears the roller assembly would need to be totally disassembled using allen wrenches to clean completely. I will be returning it.
