I’ve bought three massage chairs from this company, and while the product quality is great, the delivery service has declined. The latest chair, a gift for my father, was left in the garage despite clear instructions to bring it inside. The delivery team refused, saying it was too heavy. The seller was helpful in the past, but this last experience was disappointing. The chair is still unused, and my father can’t enjoy it. I hope they improve their delivery standards.

Have tried this chair it had perfect design and nice looking remote but it is not suitable for people who are like 100+kg, the only downside is the outer shell is not so sturdy. If you are not so plus sized this chair is perfect for you. If not then you need the higher model.Pros:Most cost effective 4d chair. Cant find similar features in the same price range.Legs expand to fit perfectlyBody scanning is cool and functionalCons:The remote style compared to the higher model doesn't let you see it during zero gravity messageOuter shell is plastic and a bit expands during air pressure message on both hands and shoulder sides, perhaps because i am fat :D

The rollers at the back are too hard and it will give you bruise especially when it is on sleeping aid mode or on zero gravityToo small.
