The media could not be loaded.  I was looking for a set of candles with realistic look and feel and I found the right set. These candles are super realistic specially with the flicker function. They are perfect if you don't want the real candle hazard (in case you have toddlers or pets at home). The each use 2xAA batteries (not included). Once you turn them on from the bottom then you can control them with the remote (battery is included) which also turn them on and off all the candles. The remote also gives you the option of putting the candles on timer of 2hr, 4hr, 6hr, and 8hr. You can either turn the light to solid or flicker. Lastly, you can turn the brightness up and down. All of these can be done hands free with the remote (but you have to be close to the candles). The outer side of the candles don't feel like a solid, smooth, and shiny plastic they feel just like candle so I'm assuming they put a layer of candle on the outer side of them which makes them super realistic to touch as well. Overall, I'm very happy with them.

Put these out last night on my covered front porch in lanterns, out of direct sunlight as directed. It's 3 pm the next day and they are melting. For those of you wanting to display candles outdoors anyplace other than in Antarctica, look elsewhere. I guess it doesn't get hot in China? Also, these are the Twiggy of candles in case you somehow missed that from the photos. (Google Twiggy if you are unfamiliar). They really are skinny. Great for tiny houses where skinny scale matters.

One of the candles is a bit temperamental..have to shake it to get the battery connection to work (?) otherwise a great set and looks very pretty. Love the real candle wax effect without the fire. The remote is nice to jave, as well, as you can select the "burn time" - when they come on and for how long. Great feature

These are very pretty and the remote is so convenient! Occasionally when they're lit, one will switch off and I'll need to turn the remote off-on to re-light it. If not for this glitch, I'd have given this product five stars.

I love the candles! I haven't had them long but so far really like them and that they have a remote for high places. The only thing that was deceiving was the diameter of the candles, they are tall and not very round.

These candles are perfect. Love the color of the flame. I go outside to look at them thru my front window. I would recommend them to everyone. Packaging was great.

Absolutely love these candles. I really like all the different settings and the remote control. Would definitely recommend this purchase.

These are great. They are more slender than ones you can purchase at a big box store and emit a great light. We liked them so much, we just ordered another set.
