I’ve been following Dr Berg for a couple of months and what he says make perfect sense to me. I have been suffering from anxiety, sleep deprivation etc..I just could not relax no matter what I tried. I kept putting off purchasing this supplements for awhile and decided give it a try . I started taking them November 7th. I was kind of skeptical because I read that it will start working 5 minutes after you take it and believe me it does what it says! I take it before I go to bed and it makes me feel super relaxed. I’m sleeping better through out the night. I’m waking up feeling more relaxed. Before this I kept waking up at 2:30 am my mind would start racing thinking and would take me 2 or more hours to go back to sleep. By the time I fell asleep my alarm would go off and had to start my day. I felt exhausted and frustrated.Thank you Dr Berg for this amazing supplements. I definitely recommend them and I will be purchasing them again.

I have been using the Adrenal and Cortisol Support for one month and it has given me the deepest sleep I have had in many years. Even after getting up to use the bathroom, I almost always fall asleep quickly. I also started having very pleasant dreams - for example, last night I became a famous movie star who spoke three languages - my husband said I was laughing in my sleep! I also started following Dr. Berg's suggestion to assist my natural circadian rhythm by not eating anything past 6pm, thus giving me a deeper, healing rest.

Dr Berg always produces quality products which would account for the higher pricing. But this stuff works fast. I’ve been stressing with caring for aging parents, dealing with perimenopause and ADHD. This stuff put the breaks on the adrenal overload fast.I take 1 during the day and 1 before bed. I really only need one a day, but it’s been busy days, so I need the calm. And I do get calm.Because of my ADHD, my doctor suggested GABA for great sleep and progesterone cream for the perimenopause. All great. My doctor told me to work on the Adrenals. She suggested Ashwaganda or holy basil. Ashwaganda helped helped, but Dr Berg’s Adrensl formula really moved the needle. In one day. Whatever combo he put together in the formula really packed a punch for me.I bought some for my Mom who is more stressed than me. This is a big helper.

I’ve been taking this for 4 months now and am on my 3rd bottle. I saw a naturopath who tested my blood levels and we found that my cortisol levels are low. She suggested a different supplement to me but that one has been discontinued so I was on the search for one that has the most similar ingredients to that one. I like how this contains vitamins as well as the herbal stuff. That was kind of hard to find. I was really hoping that after a while I would have more energy and although I still struggle with fatigue, my stress levels have definitely gone down. Just keep in mind that my naturopath said to keep taking an adrenal supplement for “many months” in order to get my cortisol levels up to where they should be, so don’t just take it for a month and stop because you don’t feel like it’s working.
