My functional medicine doctor recommends Bionics Research brand. Now I am a 72 year old female with a history of hypertension.Lately it is been considered a hypertensive emergency. I had been on allopathic hypertensive scripts for a decade. My health seriously deteriorated because of these chemicals. Now this Bio CardioSirt together with CoQZyme 100 plus my BP is much improved. Right now I am only taking one script - an ace inhibitor and only at 5 mgs. My allopathic doctor is happy with my improved BP. He does not mind at all that I have turned to Functional Medicine for help. Much and many other supplements that I have taken over the years had never worked as well as Biotics Research brand.

Product is very good and has benefited several of my friends in reducing blood pressure drastically. For me unfortunately not a match as I had a bad reaction to the Taurine. But this may be due to a heart blockage that was highlighted when taking this medication. I would recommend one starts with a test dose of 1/4 of recommended dose and then gradually increase to full dose, to see if the body can tolerate it. If your body can tolerate the Taurine within a few weeks you can expect your BP to normalize. If not, reduce salt and take antiinflammatory natural aids such as cumin seeds tea. That's what I did and my BP has lowered considerably. I also took Hawthorn Berry Syrup, which too care of heart blockage.
