Manly Guy Strawberry Blonde Hair, Beard & Mustache Color: 100% Natural & Chemical Free Henna Hair Dye

I wanted to bring back some of my original strawberry blond color into my beard and head that has turned mostly blond/white in recent years. I set aside a half-day and used as directed. (Yes, you need to allow a half day to do it all so if you are impatient and can’t deal with a little bit of a mess, don’t whine about the product, just don’t use it.) I left the thick paste on my beard and head, keeping it well damp, for 3 hours. After rinsing, my beard had a definite strawberry red tint that is wholly acceptable. My head hair came out a brighter copper/orange color that looks a bit “circus clownish” and is in no way close to “strawberry blond”, but it will fade with time. Next time I know to only leave it on for a short while and see how it goes. Perhaps add some additional colorless cassia powder to it to tone down the powerful henna red? In any case, it’s all an experiment. I just ordered two more packets of strawberry blond and some colorless cassia and will try mixing those to tone down the henna red. For you fair blonds or folks with white (not gray) hair, just know that the effect of the coloring agent (henna) could be strong so maybe don’t go for the full 2-3 hour suggested application unless you want a bright (or possibly unwanted) color. Product was very gentle on my skin with no irritation and made my hair softer and shiny.

My boyfriend wanted me to stop using harsh chemicals in my beard. Happy to finally see a strawberry blonde beard product I was excited to try this since it sounded closer to my normal beard color. Unfortunately this turned a bright orange instead. Ugh! Thank goodness I had some of my usual heavy chemical product to blend in making it SOMEWHAT natural, otherwise I would have been walking around with fire orange hair.

I had to shave my beard and couldn't get rid of it fast enough. It was both hilarious and sad. The dye is effective, but I'm subtracting two stars because the color did not match the description. It was WAY off. I am a real strawberry blonde and if I had used this dye on my hair I'd have had to shave my head too. My beard is going white in spots, so I was excited to find my color ... until I saw that it was nothing like strawberry blonde. If it was Halloween and I was going as a traffic cone or if I was lost in the wilderness and needed signal orange hair, this would have been perfect. For reference, I have the more blonde/reddish hair that gets blonder with sun exposure ... of Scandinavian decent, as opposed to the dark red/auburn color more common to freckled redheads of Irish decent. To match strawberry blonde, think "Heather Graham." Instead, this color of dye gave me a very bright "emergency signal orange" beard. If you are tempted to try it, I'd run the patch test someplace with hair that you don't mind shaving so you can also test the color instead of just testing for allergies or irritation.I liked the product (other than that it looks and smells like fresh bovine diarrhea, but hey, it's organic so I was OK with that) and would try another color if I thought I could find my hair color.

My boyfriend had been dying his greying beard with women's box color, the smell is atrocious. We have yet to find a strawberry blond "Just for men". This smells like silage, but it won't burn your eyes, and you dont have to breathe through a staw while you wait.

I've used this and the next darker color alone and blended and it works great, is easy to mix as needed, low in cost, and provides color for up to a couple months on my graying red hair. I highly recommend it. Also, I've had no redness or rashes using it, so it seems quite safe for beard and head hair both.

I left this on even longer than it states on the package and it barely colors my beard. I was a natural redhead before I turned gray so I wanted to color my beard red. Just for men doesn't make red available so I thought I would try this. You have to leave it on for a very long time and the color doesn't take very well. The smell is very tolerable but it just doesn't work. I just gave up and used Loreal women's hair dye and put up with the stink of ammonia.

Works well on strawberry blond beard!I have strawberry blonde hair and a pretty full, if somewhat short, beard. My hair color is on the blonder side of strawberry blonde and I wanted to pump up the color in my beard, which is kind of patchy, color-wise, very pale in places, more red in others. This product did the trick perfectly. I left the mud on my beard for 2 hours and when I rinsed it off, my beard was just enough deeper in color to look exactly as I wanted. The color of my beard is still uneven but a little deeper in color. and it pops now in a way it wasn't previously. Best of all, it does not look dyed.

This product does not work at all. Does not work on head hair or beard. Stop selling this.I kept product on for 4 hours. Followed easy instructions. Rinsed out not one hair strand was dyed.The sellers should read the reviews they are mostly negative. Your reputation is at risk selling this hair dye.
