Excellent base layer
I used this base layer this year from December 2023-March of 2024 during my fat tire bike rides this winter, couldn’t believe how warm and dry I was during the rides. Highly recommend this wool layer. Quality is outstanding and you don’t itch!

Fantastic shirt, washed socks
The shirt was absolutely fantastic! Warm soft, not itchy (much) and the zipper allows you to cool down if you’re very active and getting too warm. The free socks is a great incentive but they were obviously machine washed. But for free…I also purchased the bottoms that match the shirt, they’re fantastic too! The socks included in that package were in fact new and unused. Overall? I’m buying another shirt because it’s that good for cold weather.

Seems like a nice shirt, time will tell
Just received this shirt yesterday. Online it was described as washer and dryer safe, the information with the shirt says do not dry. So I only gave it 4 stars. I guess time will tell about that. Otherwise it fits well, seems well made, is comfortable, and has all the features that makes merino wool such a great fabric. Wore this shirt with a down vest outdoors in 30 degree weather to shovel snow and was very comfortable. It is warm and breaths very well. Might I suggest adding a touch of spandex to the fabric so it helps retain its shape over the long haul. I normally wear XL tall, since that was not available I ordered 2XL. It is a little, not a lot, on the snug size. Maybe making it available in tall sizes too? If it does not shrink the length is good, if it does shrink a bit not so good. The weight is fine, price is lower than similiar shirts so that makes me a little nervous. If it does not shrink I will buy more. The bonus socks are very nice also.

Great Baselayer That Dominated Recent Blizzard
I tested this top layer out in the -4F (-30 with windchill) blizzard that came through 12/23/22. I was building up a little bit of sweat doing hill walks with this on + a hoodie + coat. I actually had to unzip to cool down!Fits very close to skin, and has a compression feel to it. Really grips you but not on the same level as a compression top. I ordered a Large, with sleeve length being the focus. I always have an issue with finding the right sleeve length, and I think the XL would have been the more accurate choice. However, every other aspect of the shirt fits me fine: shoulder measurement is on point & draping down the arm, chest feels snug with zero constriction when fully zipped, and the length is enough but still shows a little of my belly when I lift my arms overhead.I think this is a great base layer for the price. I don't plan to use this for workouts, just as everyday wear during the cold months.

Nice
This is a nice shirt. I'm a big guy and it fits, but it is close not to fit. I have the bottoms and they are great. I love the socks you get very nice in my opinion.

Great gear
I absolutely love this as a base layer. it fits well, it’s very warm, and it’s comfortable. I tried it out on a 10 mile hike through some fairly rugged terrain and the temperatures dropped into the low 30s overnight. I was very pleased with the performance.

Great value and quality
Lots of expensive options for merino wool base layers. Used this several times, not disappointed. Was itchy the first time wearing, went away quickly. Warm! Plus came with a pair of merino socks, those are awesome!

Questionable quality
I'm a retired construction worker that has always tried to by the best quality thermal wear as possible ..These thermals certainly fo fit right and are very warm and comfortable , however, after a few times washing it seemed that they were nothing close to the quality that I had been used too as they were developing small holes in them .. I guess its they same as so many things , like my expensive doors that used to last 10 years , now last two.. sad , seems quality is hard to find now days .

The fit
This is the second pull over I own by merino. I have numerous shirts as well. I've already received compliments on the color and how comfy it looks. And it is comfy. I'm 5'10" 190lbs. I don't work out by any means and my shoulders are broad but not big. And a large fits perfectly. The two medium shirts I own a bit too snug.I own a few and need to stop purchasing these. The sock that come with your purchase are just as comfortable.

Fantastic shirt
This shirt is great, fits very well, good quality, warm (320 version) but not too hot. I'll likely order another in different colours.
