Made very good stuffing, family was very pleased

I thought that the brand would be reliable and was looking forward to using this to cook for Thanksgiving dinner. I unfortunately didn't open the bag until the day of Thanksgiving. You can tell that the oil that was used as an ingredient in the mix had gone rancid. The smell made the product inedible. I just couldn't serve this to my guests. So I had no stuffing to serve.

I found this product during the pandemic and I'm so glad I did. Most stuffing mixes on the market are not organic and this is. A bit expensive but the bag is huge. The flavor is amazing. So glad it's still offered online since I live across the country and can't visit their store.

These were not very flavorful and even with the vegetables and liquids added, the cubes were hard and very chewy. I used about 2 cups (recommended method) of prepared stuffing in the turkey which turned out mushy, but the rest I baked as per recommended cooking directions, but was still disappointed.

I can't seem to find this product locally, and was thrilled to find it on Amazon...if you're a sourdough fan, these are the BEST stuffing cubes available!

I'm sure this product has nothing on homemade, but in a pinch...my family loves this sour dough stuffing!
