Very simple and straightforward coffee maker which I appreciate. No bell or whistles and less to go wrong. Very accurate and easy to see measurements. Really good coffee. Definitely worth the money.

This coffee maker is an unknown brand, but it’s sleekly designed, works very well,fits nicely on the counter, the coffee ground basket is easy to fill and clean. The on off light is a toggle, and it’s green, which is nice and easy to see. We would certainly buy this again.

Works perfectly, brews great coffee. Even the scoop they provided with it is the perfect size for me. It has one problem that is minor for me, because I only make five cups, but may be catastrophic for someone making a full pot. The problem is that the cover of the basket area and water tank appears to lock while brewing, apparently so you don't burn yourself, but if you don't close the lid tightly, the machine will brewing the coffee with an open cover, and also the ball at the bottom of the basket doesn't go down far enough to allow the carafe cover to push the button on the basket, so the water just stays with the grounds in the basket. Intuitively, it seems the tank could overflow. Except for that it's worth the modest pricr.

Works as expected and the reusable filter basket is a real plus! Brew time is good and coffee is great.

I just wanted a basic coffee maker without any bells and whistles, and this machine fit the bill perfectly. It's also very sharp looking on my kitchen counter. So, the bad news is that after using it for the first few days, I discovered that it was leaking water underneath. I did brew several pots to make sure the water was not a one-off. Unfortunately it was not. However, the good news is that the company firmly stood behind it's satisfaction guaranteed promise. I went to the company website and contacted support via chat and explained my issue. After confirming my order number, they immediately issued me a new machine. I was quite impressed at how quickly they responded with a replacement. I am happy to support this company because they stood behind their promise to the consumer.

Received Item , very well packed , product box within a shipping cardboard box. Styrofoam shipping buffers on inside. Main reason I bought this unit was the glass " carafe ( Thick borosilicate glass) . Suppose to be hardier that reg glass . Permanent filter works great , no grinds passing through, .Instructions easy to read / follow . My 1st rinse was a mixture of vin gar / water , Rinsed 2 more times . First coffee batch was Good . Let you know how it performs 3 months from now .
