Easy to cut, which is a plus considering I bought to cut designs out that would wrap around a paper towel card board to be able to roll across a gel printing slab to make a design in acrylic paint. Held up nice and sticky backing stuck to the cardboard.

I like the foam with the adhesive backing because it saves me the extra step of using spray adhesive and getting everything sticky....lol. I really like the assortment of colors in this package it gives me a lot to choose from.
