This is our favorite diaper cream!
We've always been worried about fragranced diaper creams and lotions, but even though this one is fragranced we've had no issues. This is one of the only diaper cream fragrances we ever like, and it's always helped prevent and recover from rashes.Note: near the end of the tube, the oil can separate so we have to start mixing it before use.

Great, just one suggestion
The long and short of it is that this stuff is awesome, great for sensitive little bums and prevents and clears up rashes like a champ. My little girl is 6mos and has had a rash once with this stuff, and said rash cleared in a day.You don’t even use that much, just a thin layer does the trick. My ONE beef is with the packaging, sometimes it gets watery in the tube and needs to be mixed OR sometimes it’s super thick and it’s hard to squeeze. Also, don’t throw the tube away when you can’t get any more out! Cut the top off and keep it in a baggie, a ton gets stuck near the cap and on the sides. Because of the thickness/mixing issues that sometimes occur, we’ve started cutting the top off to start and it lasts a lot longer than way and it’s faster to use (important when you’re changing the diapy on a wiggleworm).Babo, if you’re reading this— please consider making this in a little tub or jar!

Love this stuff! 👍🏼
This is one of my favorite diaper rash creams! And trust me, I’ve tried them all. We normally use Burt’s Bees Diaper Rash Ointment with 40% zinc, but sometimes I don’t want that much zinc. So, for naps I usually put this on my 20 month old. It’s so easy to spread, great for sensitive skin, and the scent is to die for! It smells amazing!!! It’s not as thick as Butt Paste or our trusty Burt’s Bees cream, and doesn’t leave any leftover white cream on his skin when I change him (thanks to only 25% zinc). It’s perfect! I highly recommend it. He hasn’t had a single rash since he was a newborn!!Hope this helps!! 💝

New formula -- very disappointing
UPDATE 9/29/2017Babo randomly emailed me and offered to send me a free tube. When it arrived I was happy to find that they returned to the same, or very similar formula. The cream is back to being nice and thick, instead of runny, and it smells the same as it always has. So very happy for this change, since we use this throughout the house, not just on bums, but on rashes and insect bites as well. I can not recommend this cream more highly.----------I have used this product on my son for almost three years. I was a die hard fan. I told everyone about it. Gave it as a gift at baby showers. Swore by it. This last tube, however, is disappointing. It smells different, and the consistency is not as thick and creamy. It is no longer nut free (they have added Shea butter). When I contacted Babo, before I found my old tube, they claimed they just tweaked the recipe due to regulations for oil disbursement or some such nonsense. Just give it to me straight, Babo -- you changed the product. This butt cream is still decent, but nowhere near as great as it used to be.

something with better ingredients, that actually worked
I LOVED the original formula and detest the new liquidy product it is now. I've been using this since discovering it shortly after my daughter was born nearly two years ago. I've seen the formula change a few times, but this newest one actually has me looking for another product or buying older botanicals. When I apply this newest formula, it's messier, doesn't stay on my daughters skin, wipes off onto her diaper in no time so that when I go to change her, it was as if I hadn't applied anything at all. Previously, it was thick and the warmth of her body heat made it that it could be applied but it stayed on. When I changed her, it would still be on her skin protecting it as it is supposed to. I cannot convey adequately how much I hate this newest formula. Please either offer both forms or go back to previous. This is a godsend. I Wanted something that was not petroleum based, something with better ingredients, that actually worked. I've used the coconut oil but it often wasn't enough and would result in a rash now and then that would get pretty bad. We've tried other organic balms that had a strong smell and seemed to irritate rashes like it stung. Once we found babo, we've stopped using other products. We've subscribed through pantry and it's always there, never have to go without, and one bottle lasts a long time. We go through about a bottle a month. It doesn't take much when applying it onto your baby and it seems soothing and not irritating. It took care of any diaper rash from other products and the only time she gets one now is when somebody else watches her and uses their "go to" creams that they swear by. We've converted all of our friends and family because this stuff is amazing.

Staple natural diaper cream
We originally purchased this 3 years ago for our first child. It has been a staple in our home since then for our second child as well. Here are some thoughts:PROS:great natural ingredientsnice consistency (I have heard others say this separates but we haven't had problems with this)nice scentworks well as a standard diaper cream (more on this below)CONS:a tad expensive for something that doesn't last that longmay not solve serious diaper rash issues, although has worked well on minor diaper rash (for serious outbreaks, we have had to try out a few stronger products that I don't use daily because not all ingredients are natural)for some reason, dries out my fingertips where I come into contact with this repeatedly. Does not do this to my child's skin, so not sure if this is a personal issue/reaction.I would definitely recommend this product for parents who are concerned about natural ingredients or even just looking for a good diaper cream. It is a great general staple product. This may not be the best product for a serious diaper rash or other outbreak.

Great diaper rash cream
Thick diaper cream which completely prevents diaper rash. Just need a small quantity for application. However since the cream is so thick, it’s not easy to squeeze it out of the tube.
