I use these while watching TV in the evening. I have plantar fasciitis. I work on my feet most of the day. The rollers feel great. I like having one for each foot so I don't need to alternate. The balls don't work well on hardwood floor, but the rollers are fantastic.

I suffer from nerve damage in both legs! The nerve damage pain radiates to Both Feet which is REALLY Debilitating and PAINFUL! These Rollers have DEF HELPED to Reduce some of my Daily Pain I experience!! All of the items included in this set are made out of quality materials and Def made to last a Really Long Time!I’ve been sitting in my chair using using the rollers on my feet, and man oh man do they make my feet feel so GOOD! I’ve used the balls as well on my feet and they work well also. At the time of writing this review, they’ve Dropped the price point down 41% which is Awesome! At the current price point, I feel these are Totally Worth each and every penny they cost! Even at their regular price, they’re still worth it considering they do actually help reduce pain! I’ll def take a lower price point though that’s for sure!You receive two rollers for your feet as well as two spiky balls and a really nice storage bag for all the items. Each of the items can be used on plenty of different locations on your body as well. All you have to do is use your imagination for their individual use. For me though, it’s the rollers for my feet that really help reduce foot pain. I wasn’t expecting much from this product as I’ve used other products similar to this one. But, with this product, they’re more sturdy as well as the spikes are firmer than other ones I’ve tried. I think the combination of firmness along with longer spikes is what has been missing with other similar products I’ve used!I Do Recommend this set of Rollers and Balls, they work and feel GREAT! Not as expected. Much too uncomfortable for me, Spikes are painful. Feel and look like a hard plastic toy.

I was surprised to pull these out of the package and discover that they were hard plastic. I guess I just assumed they would be rubber. I immediately tested out the foot rollers and I was happy with them. I used them on carpet (I would guess they'd slide around on a hard floor), and I liked how they fit my feet. Other rollers have a concave shape but these are nice for my arches. I have a pretty high tolerance for discomfort but the spikes may be painful for some users. For me they add to the experience as they allow for a bit deeper of a massage.I tried out the balls on my back (sitting upright on the couch, I put one between my spine and shoulder blade and moved back and forth to roll it) and it felt pretty good, but later on I felt some stiffness and I wonder if I should have started out a little lighter with it. I would recommend starting slow and if you have any medical conditions that may be aggravated by massage, talk with your physician before using this product.These aren't bad for the price ($16.99 at the time of this review), but if you're looking for something to use more frequently (rather than occasionally), I would probably recommend something rubber/rubber-coated for a softer surface and a better grip. That is the reason for the 4-star review.
