This tea does have caffeine so I wouldn’t call it a relaxing tea, but the aroma wakes you up and makes you feel happy. The color is a brownish purple which is very pleasant. The good done by the tea company in empowering women in Kenya is a huge bonus! Kenya is a beautiful country I’ve visited many times so I’m thankful to know their economy will benefit from my daily tea! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Delicious! *by S***E on July 8, 2023* I love this either hot or iced. Nice delicate flavor with a hint of mint. It also has that compound in it that helps one lose weight, and I think it does help with that. I noticed it when drinking one serving a day, and it is very noticeable when I have 2 servings a day. I did invest in loose leaf tea bags, fill a few at a time, and keep in a tin. It's nice to have a black tea taste that's low caff for night since black teas are my preference. The mint isn't too heavy for my tastes but does alter the overall taste of the black tea of course. I'm not the world's biggest mint fan but find this a pleasant tea for winding down. I'd like to try straight purple tea now as well (no mint) but am always laying out cash for new teas so... priorities. :) As far as health benefits, who knows? I hope it's as incredible as it's touted to be.
