Enchanting Magical World
I'm so happy I found this series. It may be YA but it is a fun read for adults. The Dyslexiafont is amazing as well, you find yourself devouring the pages because the special font makes reading so easy and reduces eye strain. I really enjoyed this fantasy, it is part of a larger series, so the book left me anxious for book two to learn what happens next. The author is very imaginative and created a very interesting world. I especially loved SNUGGLE BUNNY! I can't wait for the rest of this series!

Get ready to open your mind
What I liked about this book was it was easy to read, with the dyslexic friendly font, which helped my eyes focus, also, that it keeps you coming back for more no matter how many times you had to set it down.As a parent with a busy schedule I had to set it down and come back to it numerous times. It painted such a picture each time, that I felt like I just paused a movie and the visual just paused on screen waiting for me to return. When I would return it was like landing inside this beautiful world with all these characters and walking into an amazing magical adventure with them.I also loved how relatable each character was and how easy it was to empathize for each of them with each detail you learn about them. The most submersive, detailed book I've read, and the magic that opens within you, is worth every word felt.Worth the read! Matter of fact, I'm going to read it again because I know there's something magical I missed along the way.Looking forward to the next one!

Emotionally Intelligent Fantasy Novel With Promise
The first in the Chronicles of Time series has our protagonist Dalen Pax enter the specular world of the fire jinn. Will Grey is a writer who, as a Dungeon Master, has a solid grasp of the archetypal landscape. There is a sense that the book could go in some wild directions, such is the world it is set in, yet its grounded with a consistent sense of emotional intelligence. Like all good fantasy novels, no matter how outlandish and hyperreal the world is, one can relate to the emotional underpinnings of the story and Will Grey succeeds in reaching his target audience; the young hero in-potentia.I look forward to seeing where the series goes next.

A Magnificent, Magical tale that will Ignite your Soul!
A wonderful story that will take you on a journey with a character that is finding the strength and courage within himself to overcome his own doubts and fears to unveil the magic, power, and light within his own soul. The tale draws you in from the very beginning and doesn’t let go, as you join Dalen Pax on an adventure to unleash his true limitless potential and step beyond the physical realm to find what has been hidden inside him all along. It’s a beautiful, emotional, inspiring, and motivating story that will spark your imagination and ignite your very Soul! I just finished and I want to read it again from the very beginning!

humor, heart, action, and philosophy all wrapped in one
Brother Faith: I am no longer the soldier who was filled with pain and loss. I haven't been [him] since the day I made the leap.... I remember who I used to be and revere him as an old friend.Dalen: You revere the broken, sad version of you that was in pain?Brother Faith: AbsolutelyDalen: Why revere the dark broken part?Brother Faith: Because he was the one who made me leap.It is hard to compare to anything else, but it reminded me of the friendship and playful side of Stranger Things (without the horror elements), and the magic and adventure of Aladdin, but with the philosophy and intricacy of Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. It doesn't sound like it would work, but it is the perfect mix.I think this book should be available in every Middle School English classroom across the county. Not only is it a fun and daring coming-of-age adventure full of magic and friendship, it is also packed to the gills with philosophy and hard-hitting lessons packaged in an easy to digest format. I do think a younger audience might struggle with some of the complexities of the magic system and underlying lessons, but I think the real magic is that you don't have to get it, to get it. ya know? I think it is one of those stories that works well for all ages because as you age and mature, you will pick up different lessons and perspectives from the writing- like watching an old childhood favorite movie and seeing things you never noticed before because of the rose-colored glasses of youth. "The Air Jinn believed a lesson worked out on its own carried more weight than a truth told by someone else, and he refused to stunt someone's learning by giving them the answers." and clearly the author took a page from his own book because there are plenty of lessons within, but you will pull out the ones you need most depending on where you are emotionally when you read it. we see what we need to see.
