I made a customized photo mug as a wedding anniversary gift for my wife. She was delighted with the mug which is of high quality and looks great. Craftellery is a growing independent UK business so be aware that they currently use Royal Mail, so I recommend you add a couple of days to the quoted delivery dates at peak times of the year.

Amazing service.
Unfortunately my order was put in my recycling bin and the bin was emptied with the cup in it. I contacted the seller straight away and had an email response in hours! This was Xmas eve. My new cup was being made by boxing day and I received it this morning! Amazing customer service and the cup is absolutely stunning. Made my mums day. I cannot recommend or thank this company enough. I will definitely be using this company in future.

I'm really pleased with this. Got here quickly. Printing is very clear and good colours. I've already put it through the dishwasher with no problems at all. I'm ordering a few more for xmas presents. Cheers.
