Very disappointing. Doesn’t pick up much of the dirt or small bits of crumbs etc. Often gets stuck or tangled and after just a couple of months it keeps stopping and flashing error. Gone back to my old fashioned vacuum cleaner but a couple of hundred £’s poorer!

only has it 2 days so far got stuck on a door mat and next to an office chair.appears to clean ok so far and has managed to return to base a couple of times. not perfect but continuing to try

It works fine! Scheduled it to clean the flat everyday and it's been really reliable so far! The UV lamp is a bonus as my bedroom is fitted with carpet and felt that I needed a bit of extra hygiene security.

It seems to be very good but sometimes it doesnot pick up all the dirts and I need to use the remote mode to redirect it.Though it says there is antiwinding facility , I have noticed mine got stuck with wires quite a few time.Is there anyway , I could download the manual as I misplaced it and wants to know regarding error message.

Loved this. Cleaned well and caused lots of entertainment. Coverage was a bit random - loved cleaning under chairs, not so keen to do centre of the room. Instructions were rubbish and barely understandable. But after 3 months good service it’s died. Sorry to have to get the heavy vacuum out again

This broke after two uses, one of the wheels became misaligned and it stops working and I have tried to contact the manufacturer but have got no reply. Waste of money

Gets a bit lost when mapping the area and seems to go over the same areas a few times before moving on but it's a good little hoover to take the stress out of keeping your home clean and tidy while out at work, etc.

Avoid at all costs! Robot vaccum cleaner arrived faulty. This company will not refund or send details how to return. Completely useless! Please read all the reviews on this company and stay away!

Does a good job cleaning up, but it's pattern is odd and covers the same spots many time but misses some areas. If you leave chairs in the room it seems to constantly stay around them.

No le pongo las cinco estrellas porque hasta que lo pones unas cuantas veces no eres consciente de todo lo que va a provocar que se atasque, por ejemplo la báscula que tengo el baño, que medio se subió a ella y quedó atascado. Otra vez con una pelota saltarina del niño, de hecho, cuatro días después de recibirlo aun no llegó solo a la base de carga, eso si, espero que hoy, revisado el piso a fondo, ya pueda cargarse solo.Por las zonas que pasó las dejó bien limpias.Es fácil de programar y el funcionamiento también es sencillo.Seis días después de comprarlo no llega a la base porque a los 5 min da un fallo de batería. Creo que, por mala suerte, se estropeó la batería, pero me sigue pareciendo un buen producto.

Der Roboter ist schon nach weniger als 10 Anwendungen nicht mehr betriebsbereit. Einer seiner Reifen lässt sich nur noch schwer drehen, dies ist auch nicht durch die angegebene Fehlerbehebung (Reinigung des Reifens) zu beheben. Dadurch fängt er an im Kreis zu fahren und schaltet sich nach weniger als einer Minute ab.Die Reinigung lässt schwer zu wünschen übrig, es dauert wirklich eine komplette Batterieladung bis er es endlich schafft mal 2 Fussel aufzusaugen (in einem Raum mit ca. 30 qm). Zudem verfährt er sich ständig in Ecken aus denen er nicht mehr eigenständig herauskommt.Keine Kaufempfehlung. Das Gerät ist wirklich nicht nutzbar.
