Q: My favourite boots got completely soaked and are now hard and dull. Will this stuff restore, condition and bring back the shine?

If these were mine, I would treat them with a very fine layer, work it i, let it penetrate and ten add another fine layer and so forth. My feeling is that this would produce a better result in re-conditionning the leather ten smearing one thick layer of custard, expecting it to work. Fill the boots with scrunched paper so you can bring some shape back in as well.

Q: Any good for burmah leather hat ?

I think this might mean Barmah leather hat - the Aussie outback, thick leather hats. These usually have a soft leather and are made from Kangaroo, they are not shiny hide. I would suggest that the cream would stain the hat. I cant think of why it would be necessary to use a conditioning cream on this product, its made to be worn to become naturally "distressed" with wear.
